Paula was amazing from start to finish (and every after the fact). She was a pleasure to work with. She knew exactly what I wanted for our wedding. When it came to the day of she and her assistant Laura were ROCKSTARS!!! I didn't feel stressed and she made the day run smoothly. Without her I don't know what we would have done. If you want your wedding to day to be flawless then you have to hire Paula and her team.

I honestly couldn’t have picked a better day of Coordinator then Paula from the Memory Vine! Having to plan a wedding 4 times over as a COVID bride was no easy feat but I am so fortunate to have had Paula on our side on the day. She was super responsive and supportive through all of our postponements and the day went off beautifully and looked absolutely perfect thanks to her and her team! Everything was set up exactly as I pictured, and Paula was wonderful to all of our guests and helped our vendors ensure everything was ready and happening when it needed to be. Paula was fantastic! After my fiancé and I decided to cancel our already postponed wedding and just elope, Paula was totally on board and thrilled for us. Although there wasn’t going to be as much coordination needed for the day and less hours than our chosen package, she immediately offered unlimited communication or help that I may need in the few short weeks leading up to the wedding. She emailed all of the vendors and coordinated arrival times and even met us the day before to run through decor and the timeline of the day. I had mentioned I was hoping to walk down the aisle at a certain time of a song and she made herself familiar with it and timed it perfectly!! I can’t praise her enough for all of the work she did on the day of either. She coordinated with every vendor, helping both me and my fiancé going from one end of the property to the next and literally on her hands and knees lighting a ton of candles, which she then stayed to blow out and pack up. You will not be disappointed and you will feel like you are working with your friend!

Paula was amazing, from our initial conversations, our big day and everything in between- she was always there to answer any questions about our wedding. We had a tent wedding at my in-law’s farm, so there were a lot of moving pieces - and she handled it with grace. My day was stress free, and amazing and we couldn't have pulled it off without her. My only regret is not hiring her to do the full wedding planning, rather than just the day of coordination. You won’t be disappointed in her services, and she is a kind, sweet, funny person to boot. 10/10!

Like any bride would say “I would never hire a wedding planner/coordinator”! When my husband and I were slowly coming close to our big day, we felt a little overwhelmed, even though we had already planned and designed everything the way we wanted. When we hired Paula, she was very attentive, professional and sweet, she made sure all the last-minute touches were absolutely perfect.
